Basz 11th in European Championship!

It was great weekend for Karol Basz - Polish driver of "RK Kart Team". He has started on the Final of European Championship in karting and he reached the finish line 11th. 79 of drivers who got promotion to the Final rided in French town Essey last weekend (31.07-2.08).

Karol started his competition by time trial where he achieved 5th time. Thanks that he could start every of 4 elimination race from the first line (second position). In that races Karol Basz finished 4th, 21st, 4th and 4th. After that good driving he got promotion to the semi-final and started in that from 12th position. Thanks good and fast driving Karol finished 8th and get promotion to the final which was very collison. So that some of the drivers didn't cross a finish line. - After good start, there was a collision on my way and I must turn aside to the grass to avoid a crash - said Karol. From that reason Karol went down in the classification and he was 22nd during the race.He hasn't given up and after great driving he finishes 11th. - The final was one of the harder race I've ever had. Whole weekend was very difficult and I am very tired. I am happy about my finish position but I know that I can drive faster and I can achieve better position too in the future - said Karol Basz after competition.
